Binding Legal Agreement

Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and zaya999 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") concerning your use of the zaya999 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, casino services, and all associated features. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use any part of the zaya999 platform.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot, participating in a promotion, or accessing any portion of the zaya999 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the zaya999 service at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, legal compliance, technical necessity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. zaya999 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute, the English-language version of this document shall be the authoritative and definitive version.

Bangladesh Market

zaya999 is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the zaya999 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout their use of the platform:

You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum with no exceptions under any circumstances.
You are a natural person. Corporate entities, automated bots, and artificial agents may not register player accounts.
You are registering and using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently banned, or had your account closed by zaya999 for any breach of these Terms.
You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of zaya999 or any of its affiliated game providers.

zaya999 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Upon registration and at any point during your use of the platform — including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal — we may require you to submit identity verification documents including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate to confirm that you meet the age and identity requirements set out above.

Where zaya999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the platform will immediately suspend that player's account, freeze all account funds pending investigation, and report the matter as required. Any winnings accrued by an underage player shall be forfeited in their entirety. Deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method after deduction of any transaction costs, at zaya999's sole discretion.

Parents and guardians are reminded to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. zaya999 accepts no liability for minors accessing the platform through a shared device or account belonging to an adult.

18+ Strictly Enforced

Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. zaya999 has a zero-tolerance policy. Any account determined to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable policy.

KYC Documents Accepted

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on zaya999 — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing funds — you must register a player account. Account registration is free of charge.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on zaya999. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. zaya999 actively monitors for duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed, all bonus funds will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds across the duplicate accounts may be forfeited at zaya999's sole discretion. Cash balances may be consolidated into a single account at the platform's discretion following identity verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team at support@zaya999 immediately. zaya999 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.4 Account Currency

All accounts on zaya999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The currency of your account cannot be changed after registration. All deposits, withdrawals, bonus awards, and wager amounts will be displayed and processed in BDT.

3.5 Contact Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact information — including email address and mobile number — up to date at all times. zaya999 cannot be held responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated player contact information.

One Account Rule

Only one account per player is permitted on zaya999. Duplicate accounts will be detected and closed. All bonus winnings across duplicated accounts are subject to forfeiture.

Keep Your Password Safe

Choose a strong, unique password for your zaya999 account. Never share it with anyone. Enable two-factor authentication via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number for additional security from your account settings.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the identity information on your zaya999 account. Third-party deposits — where the source account is registered in a name other than your own — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account will be returned and the deposited funds will not be credited to your gaming balance.

zaya999 does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Fees applied by the payment provider themselves are outside the control of zaya999 and are the player's responsibility. For international card transactions, your card issuer may apply foreign transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent that the method supports withdrawals. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. If the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, zaya999 will contact you to arrange an alternative verified method.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the full KYC identity verification process. Subsequent withdrawals may also trigger additional verification checks at zaya999's discretion, particularly for large amounts or unusual withdrawal patterns. Pending verification, withdrawal requests will be placed in a processing queue and will not be cancelled without player request.

zaya999 reserves the right to limit, delay, or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms. In such cases, the platform will contact the player to request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal.

4.3 Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transactional activity for a continuous period of 12 months. A dormant account maintenance fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant account balances. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any wager or transaction.

Withdrawal Priority

No Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must come from an account in your own name only. Payments from accounts registered to another person will be reversed. This rule applies to all payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Policy

zaya999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, BPL T20 tournament leaderboard prizes, Eid seasonal bonuses, Pohela Boishakh free spin campaigns, and ongoing VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions published alongside the individual offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotional terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses on zaya999 is 30x the bonus amount. Free spin winnings are subject to a default wagering requirement of 40x the winnings value unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on zaya999 contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:

Slots (excluding certain excluded titles): 100% contribution
Live Casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution
Sportsbook bets: 100% contribution on bets with minimum odds of 1.50

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion — typically 7 calendar days from the date of bonus award unless stated otherwise. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be removed from the account without further notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

zaya999 has robust systems in place to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, exploiting low-variance games to fulfil wagering requirements, collusion between players, using automated betting software, and making irregular betting patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements rather than to engage in genuine gameplay. Where bonus abuse is detected, zaya999 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, restrict the player's account, and in serious cases, close the account entirely.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. If a player has an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, a new bonus cannot be activated until the existing one is either completed or forfeited. Players may forfeit an active bonus at any time via their account settings — forfeiture removes the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it but does not affect the player's real-money cash balance.

BPL Promotions

During the Bangladesh Premier League T20 season, zaya999 runs dedicated tournament leaderboards, enhanced cricket odds, and BDT prize pool competitions. All BPL promotions are subject to these general bonus terms plus specific BPL campaign terms published at the start of each tournament season.

Seasonal Offers

Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day bonus campaigns run at key points in the Bangladeshi calendar. Promotional terms for seasonal offers are published on the promotions page of the platform at the time the campaign goes live.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on zaya999, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games and sportsbook. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all players at all times.

6.1 General Obligations

Use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial exploitation of any kind is prohibited.
Provide truthful information in all communications with zaya999 support and compliance teams.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh pertaining to your use of the platform.
Notify zaya999 promptly if you become aware of any security vulnerability, error, or technical fault on the platform.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zaya999 and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook results.
Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known or suspected bug must be reported immediately and are subject to void.
Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the platform.
Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.
Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits after the deposited funds have been wagered.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or bonus awards, zaya999 reserves the right to void any bets or transactions affected by the error and to restore account balances to their state immediately prior to the erroneous event. zaya999 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and to resolve such situations fairly and promptly.

No Automated Betting

The use of betting bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input is strictly forbidden. Accounts found using such tools will be closed and balances forfeited.

Report Technical Errors

If you encounter a bug or technical fault that may affect game outcomes or balances, report it to support@zaya999 immediately. Exploiting known errors is a breach of these Terms. Good-faith reports are always appreciated and may be rewarded.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

zaya999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or that account activity poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the service.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable time following a request.
Detection of duplicate or multiple accounts registered by the same player.
Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
Chargebacks initiated by the player against deposits already wagered on the platform.
Player self-exclusion request (voluntary account closure for responsible gaming purposes).
Non-compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

7.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited. The real-money cash balance — net of any fraud-related adjustments — will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding AML checks. Return of funds is at zaya999's sole discretion where a breach of Terms has been confirmed.

7.3 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account — whether for responsible gaming reasons or personal preference — may contact support@zaya999 with a closure request. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Players seeking a temporary break rather than permanent closure are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in the account dashboard.

7.4 Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a written appeal to support@zaya999 within 30 days of the suspension or closure notice. Appeals will be reviewed by the zaya999 compliance team and a response will be provided within 10 business days of receipt. The platform's decision following a completed appeal review shall be final.

Self-Exclusion Option

No Re-Registration After Ban

Players whose accounts have been permanently closed for a breach of these Terms are prohibited from re-registering under any name, email address, or payment method. Attempting to circumvent a permanent ban is itself a further breach of these Terms.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on the zaya999 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio files, video content, data compilations, and user interface elements — are the exclusive property of zaya999 or its licensed content suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zaya999 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the zaya999 platform.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any platform content or software.
Use any zaya999 brand assets, trademarks, or logos without express written permission.
Frame, scrape, or deep-link to any portion of the platform without authorisation.
Use any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools against the platform.

8.2 Third-Party Game Content

Games available on zaya999 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain the exclusive property of the respective game providers. zaya999 acts solely as a distributor of those games under licence and does not claim ownership of any third-party game content.

8.3 Feedback and Submissions

If you submit any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other communications to zaya999 regarding the platform or its services, you grant zaya999 a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish that feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you. You confirm that any submission you make does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

8.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

The zaya999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. zaya999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zaya999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the platform, even if zaya999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall zaya999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions of the zaya999 User Agreement.
